FP&A - Financial Analyst

Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)

Direct Hire - $90K-$100K

3+ Years of Experience Required

A fast-growing, purpose-driven company in the home improvement industry is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its Corporate Finance team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in financial planning and reporting while partnering with leadership to help drive critical business decisions.

What You'll Do:

• 
  Maintain and update financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  
  
• 
  Build financial models and forecast revenue/costs
  
  
• 
  Track and analyze operational metrics to uncover business insights
  
  
• 
  Perform variance analysis and support data-driven decision making
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with accounting and tech teams to improve reporting
  
  
• 
  Build tools and templates in Excel from scratch (no pre-made formats)
  
  
  
  What We're Looking For:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
    
    
  • 
    3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role
    
    
  • 
    Advanced Excel skills - including INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, dynamic models
    
    
  • 
    Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
    
    
  • 
    Able to work independently and communicate with leadership
