Location: Lancaster, PA
Full-Time Non-Exempt, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Travel Requirements
Travel may involve overnight stays. Must be willing and able to spend extended periods away from their primary work location. At peak capacity this number may be up to 75% overnight travel.

Position Summary

What You'll Do:
Mount, service, and repair signs in commercial, industrial, and residential settings
Load up your company vehicle with tools, signs, and materials-road trip time!
Measure, place, and install signs with precision (because crooked signs are not a good look)
Use power tools, ladders, and your expert skills to get the job done right
Perform site surveys and maintenance work to keep signs looking sharp
Snap some photos of your work to show off your skills (and for our records, of course!)


What You Bring to the Table:
A knack for working with tools, ladders, and getting things just right
Ability to communicate with the team like a pro-no lone wolves here!
A commitment to safety (because we like our team in one piece)
Willingness to travel for out-of-state installs (adventure, anyone?)

Compensation & Benefits
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on level of experience)

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Previous experience in sign installation is preferred.
Previous vehicle wrap experience is a plus.


Required Qualities & Characteristics
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
Good knowledge of vinyl application techniques.
General handyman skills, including the ability to safely use a wide variety of hand and small power tools.
Demonstrated ability to follow directions and work independently.
Demonstrated attitude and ability to produce high quality results.
Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor including lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Ability to interpret and understand all work orders and installation instructions.


Physical Demands and Work Environment
Prolonged periods of standing, bending, or climbing ladders.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 or more pounds.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and load / remove substrates.
Ability to use light power equipment.
Regularly required to talk or hear.
Frequently is required to use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Frequent communication with clients via phone, email, and occasionally in person.
May experience periods of high workload and tight deadlines, especially at the end of fiscal quarters or during special promotions.
May need to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client needs and sales events.
