Quality Stone Veneer, Inc. is seeking a Director of Construction Operations to lead and manage the day-to-day operations from preconstruction to project closeout for both residential and commercial projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. This position will work closely with the company owners to ensure operational excellence and drive growth, while also fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. The Director of Construction Operations will be responsible for implementing operational controls, enhancing efficiency, and developing strategies that focus on quality, organization, and overall operational success. As a hands-on leader, the Director of Construction Operations will play a key role in building trusted relationships, mentoring direct reports, and leading the team into the next era of growth and organizational impact. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, strategic leader with the ability to build high-performing teams and serve as a change agent to drive operational success.

Director of Construction Operations Position Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry including project management and operational leadership
Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment and achieve strategic initiatives and results through effective leadership
Proven success in leading teams in a multi-location organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
