PeopleShare is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage daily operations and oversee team performance in our production facility.

Title: Production Coordinator - 3rd Shift

Schedule/Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:10 AM, Sunday - Friday

Location: Telford, PA

Key Responsibilities: The Production Coordinator will oversee production activities, manage workflow, and ensure quality and efficiency during the shift. Key duties include maintaining cleanroom standards, supervising team operations, and accurately completing batch records and quality checks.
  • Team Coordination:
    
    • Assign and explain daily tasks to each team member.
    • Review job instructions relevant to each team member's role.
    • Address inappropriate behaviors promptly and maintain a focused work environment.
    • Delegate additional tasks as needed during staging and closeout operations.
    • Operational Excellence:
      
      • Utilize internal systems to perform job functions accurately.
      • Complete log books, cleaning, and documentation as per SOP requirements.
      • Organize the layout of production operations to meet secure and efficient processing standards.
      • Inspect and monitor the quality of processed and assembled materials.
      • Process Oversight:
        
        • Verify correct label reels are at assigned stations.
        • Count and record materials required for packaging.
        • Conduct line clearances and return materials to the warehouse after job completion.
        • Communicate updates and needs to the Production team. Requirements:

          • Leadership: Ability to take and give direction, and train new staff effectively.
