Job Description:

EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for a Plumber in our Hughes Network Systems division to assist engineers with the preventative and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems. -This position will be located in our Germantown, MD office.
- Responsibilities:

• Assist -workers engaged in installation, repair, and service of plumbing systems.
• Ability to cut, bend, fit, thread -and join -piping and tubing practices.
• Manage -temperature controls systems.
• Perform -general facilities -maintenance tasks -as needed.
• Travel within the Germantown/Gaithersburg area to support our three (3) facilities in Montgomery County
• Core Hours M-F, 8 am - 5 pm; Be "On-Call" which rotates for one (1) week approximately every four (4) weeks Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Journeyman Plumbing License
  • 3-5 years of experience with knowledge of troubleshooting, service, and repair techniques to commercial plumbing fixtures
  • Current valid driver's license. Essential Qualifications:
    • Must have the ability to climb ladders
    • Lift up to 60 lbs. Preferred Qualifications:
      • CFC Certified
      • Service truck experience highly preferred #H #LI-EM1
