  • Shift: 5x8 Nights
  • Local Rate within 60 Miles: See AM
  • Weekends S-S 0730-1530.
  • The On-Call is split into two shifts 0700-1930 and 1930-0700
  • 2 Years Minimum Experience Required
  • Must have 1 prior travel assignment
  • This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine
