What you'll do:
As an associate consultant, you will partner with senior advisers to:


  • Become proficient in Gallup's offerings and services
  • Influence leaders and teams by building deep client relationships
  • Collaborate to develop, present and facilitate executive sessions
  • Learn how to design lasting solutions that foster growth and impact
  • Use consulting frameworks to uncover client needs
  • Turn data insights into actionable steps for leaders
  • Manage detailed change initiatives and produce high-quality deliverables

    What you need:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • At least one year of experience in project management, client management, business development, fundraising, recruitment, sales, and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work
    • Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities and professional work
    • Availability to start in June 2025 - apply early for priority consideration
    • Availability to work on-site at Gallup's Washington, D.C., office at least three days a week
    • Eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

        Gallup offers a robust benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance options; a 401(k) retirement and savings plan with company matching; and an employee stock ownership program. We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $60,000-$70,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual's education, experience, skills and geographic location. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses.
