Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Prepared Foods Team Receiver to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our receiving team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt of products into our store.Key Responsibilities

• Product Receipt and Inventory Management
  • Process all product deliveries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify the accuracy of received products and notify the team of any discrepancies.
  • Ensure that all products are properly stored and maintained in the receiving area.
  • Receiving Area Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized receiving area, including the backstock and cooler areas.
    • Ensure that all receiving supplies are filled and maintained.
    • Customer Service and Communication
      • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
      • Communicate effectively with the team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
      • Safety and Security
        • Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed in the receiving area.
        • Report any safety or security concerns to the team leader or store leadership.Requirements
          • Education and Experience
            • High school diploma or equivalent required.
            • Previous experience in a receiving or inventory management role preferred.
            • Skills and Abilities
              • Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds.
              • Strong communication and organizational skills.
