Job Description:

Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to maintain a positive company image. Support Team Leader, Associate Team Leader, Supervisor, and Regional Team by maintaining regional standards.Responsibilities

• Process product deliveries in a timely manner, following receiving procedures.
• Ensure receiving supplies are filled and maintained, and the backstock area and cooler are organized.
• Keep the receiving area secure while on duty and break down and organize designated loads.
• Stock or properly store refrigerated items and distribute received merchandise or notify the team of arrival.
• Establish and maintain the merchandise return/transfer area and maintain the receiving area in a neat, clean, organized, and safe manner.
• Process incoming special orders, price, and notify guests.
• Use communication tools, document product transfers and waste and spoilage, and follow health and sanitation procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and properly, report life safety and fire hazards, and effectively communicate with Team Members.
• Attend meetings, answer department telephone calls, develop knowledge of department vendors, and verify each delivery.
• Follow through with correcting discrepancies, assist in stocking product, and file paperwork.
• Record time accurately and maintain proper dress code.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time, bend and stoop to grasp objects, and climb ladders.
  • Know and practice proper lifting techniques, bend and lift loads, and push and pull carts.
  • Perform job duties with repetitive use of hands, communicate and maintain employee safety and security standards.
  • Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and basic computer skills.
  • Work well with others, be self-motivated, and capable of working independently with little supervision.Desired Work Experiences
    • Must be at least 18 years of age and have working knowledge of IRMA.New entry-level Team Members who complete their first 90 days of employment may be eligible for a base rate increase after their 90-day anniversary.
