+1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments

3+ years of experience in real estate, phone sales, or inside sales (preferred)Strong communication skills-both verbal and writtenComfortable spending 8 hours/day on the phone with sellersConfidence, empathy, andthe ability to build quick rapportCoachable with a hunger to improve through feedback and trainingResilient under pressure-can handle rejection and bounce back fastTech-savvy enough to work inside a CRM, dialer, and Slack dailyMust be located in Maryland and able to work in the office full timeAbout CompanyWe've been wholesaling and flipping since 2018 in Virginia.
