Our client is seeking a diligent Follow Up Representative to ensure the timely verification of insurance eligibility. The primary responsibilities include effective communication with patients and insurance companies regarding co-pays, deductibles, denials, and Cost of Benefit (COB) issues as well as resolving accounts efficiently. Providing excellent customer service is a key goal of this role.
