Job Details for Assembler:
SCHEDULE: 6am-2:30pm or 12pm-8pm
PAY RATE: $16/hour
Job Responsibilities & Description for Assembler:
--- Places parts in specified relationship to each other
--- Clean and tape parts
--- Bolts, clips, screws, cements, or otherwise fastens parts
together
--- Tends machines such as pneumatic presses to perform force
fitting or fastening operations on assembly
line
--- Works at different workstations as production needs require
--- Works on manufacturing line where tasks vary as different model
of same article moves along line
--- Performs inline inspections during the production process to
ensure parts meet quality and customer
requirements
Requirements for Assembler:
--- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
--- One to three years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and
experience
--- Superior mechanical ability is preferred
--- Experience with electronics, or components manufacturing is
preferred
--- Able to read, write and work to work orders, written
instructions, blueprints, engineering specifications,
or shop drawings in English
--- Basic computer skills
--- Knowledge of ERP systems a plus
