Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Experience Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of outbound calls and maintain engagement with department members
Schedule appointments, collect consent, and send documents as needed for patients
Collaborate with Program Enrollment Specialists to provide high-touch support for members and caregivers

Required Qualifications

Fluency in both English and Spanish
A minimum of a high school diploma
2+ years of experience in a clinical call center setting
1+ years of medical terminology knowledge
Ability to work remotely with a private workspace
