A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative
focused on renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer renewals to ensure high retention rates
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on ERP solutions
Identify upsell opportunities and address customer concerns
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer success or account management with a
focus on renewals
Expertise in ERP systems, preferably Sage Intacct, Sage 100, Sage
300, or Acumatica
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Customer-focused with a proactive approach
