Schedulers for our Patient Access Center of Excellence!! Come join
our team!!Location: Mt. Laurel, NJHours: Monday - Friday must be
available for a shift from 7am - 7:30pmStatus: Full Time OnsiteWork

purpose of this position is to schedule for all locations in an
efficient and timely manner while striving for excellence in
customer service.--- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel x-ray, fluoro,
ultrasound, mammography and DEXA studies.--- Follow scheduling work
flow--- Verify insurance eligibility, cost share and other
insurance requirements (i.e. referrals, pre-certs, etc.).---
Document the patients' account appropriately--- Task as appropriate
modality, billing, filming, etc.--- Daily data entry/computer
work--- Give patient preparations and/or end of call procedures---
Mail patient reports as requested--- Handle questions/requests from
referring physicians' offices and patients--- Punctuality and
regular attendance--- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all
HIPAA and Corporate Compliance regulations--- All other duties as
assignedQUALIFICATIONS--- Prior experience in a medical call center
or front office preferred--- High school diploma or equivalent---
Knowledge of multiple insurance eligibility/authorization web
sites--- Ability to speak clearly and concisely, possess active
listening skills--- Knowledge of medical insurance--- Knowledge of
medical terminology and coding--- Good computer skills, proficient
in use of computer, keyboard and mouse, as well as other office
equipment as necessary--- Excellent interpersonal skillsPhysical
Demands of the Position - Position requires sitting 80-85% of
scheduled shift with continuous use of computer, keyboard and
mouse, and multiline telephone.Working Conditions - Position is
performed in an indoor office setting within close proximity to
