.Position SummaryInterns will work closely with senior-level
statisticians on statistical methodology and/or application topics
related to the design and analysis of clinical trials and/or
nonclinical research on a variety of therapeutic areas. Full-time
internships are available in the summer and will last from 10 to 12
weeks. Starting and ending dates are flexible.Key
Responsibilities
- Conduct literature research
- Develop innovative statistical methods and/or computational
tools
- Perform data analysis and simulations to demonstrate utility or
research
- Present project work to internal and external stakeholders
- Write summary reportsQualifications & Experience
- To be considered, you must have completed at least one year of
course work and be working on your thesis or dissertation toward a
master's or doctorate in statistics, or biostatistics, applied
mathematics, or data sciences.
- Must have effective oral and written communication skills and
good working knowledge of SAS and/or R.
- Be authorized to work in the US or corresponding region.
- Must not be employed at the time the internship starts.

$35.00/hour - $43.00/hour. The starting pay rate takes into account
characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the
geographic location where work is performed. Final individual
compensation is decided commensurate with demonstrated experience
