Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

--- Support residents in activities of daily living
--- Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
--- Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
--- Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
--- Administer medication to residents

--- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $20.25 to $24.00, commensurate with experience, plus applicable shift bonuses
--- Evening shift bonus: $1.50/hour, night shift bonus: $2.00/hour, all shifts receive a weekend bonus of $3.00/hour

Requirements:

--- Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
--- Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
--- 1-2 years of CNA experience preferred
--- 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
