Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Specialist - Spanish Speaking to
join their Loan Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Educate potential borrowers on mortgage products and assist in
selecting options
Collect and review borrower financial documentation and evaluate
loan applications
Provide updates and communicate with internal and external parties
throughout the loan process
Required Qualifications
Active NMLS license
Minimum of 50 units completed in the last 12 months as a Processor,
Loan Originator Assistant, or primary Loan Originator
Availability for weekends and after-hours
Proven experience analyzing and structuring loan files
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
