Job Description:
A company is looking for a Procurement Closeout Specialist -
Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the closeout process for procurement and subcontract
agreements in compliance with federal regulations
Review contract files for accuracy and completeness, resolving
outstanding contractual issues
Prepare and submit final closeout packages to contracting officers
and maintain accurate records of closed procurement actions
Required Qualifications
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and
agency-specific regulations
Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management
Ability to collaborate with project managers and subcontractors
effectively
Proficiency in maintaining documentation for audits and compliance
activities
Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements
