Job Description:

Adecco is currently assisting a local company in Fairfield, PA for Finishing Technicians. The right candidate will be motovated and have a great attitude. Work schedule consists of 12 hour shifts with average weekly hours between 36 - 48 hours.

Successful candidates must be able to perform the following: lift 40 pounds continuously, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand long hours, use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement, receive and follow instructions and use vision in order to identify defects with or without reasonable accommodation. Good verbal and written comprehension, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and work independently with minimal supervision is required. Manufacturing experience (such as laborer, machinist, assembly, down piling, or bindery) and the ability to perform basic math calculations is preferred.

This position has the potential to move to an operator position for the right candidates and is contract to hire. Positions will start out at 11.00 an hour. Working 12 hour days - 3 days a week, and then 4 days the next week - every other weekend.
