What We Are Looking For: A minimum of 3 years of experience in window installation and remodeling. A crew consisting of at least 2 skilled workers. A demonstrated history of superior workmanship. A strong commitment to customer service. Availability to work during hours that are convenient for homeowners. Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset. Effective time and work process management skills, with the ability to work independently. Must be proficient with cell phones and basic mobile applications Requirements for Subcontractors: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check. References from previous work. Ownership of a truck, trailer, and necessary tools. Possession of a Certified Lead Renovator Certificate.
