Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate, Operations Analytics to
join their Operations Intelligence team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate insights and follow up for a major business unit, serving
as the primary contact for senior management
Analyze data to support business teams in making informed,
data-driven decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for
operational improvements and monitor initiative impacts
Required Qualifications
3+ years of technical experience using analytical tools and writing
analytical reports
2+ years of experience working with large datasets and deriving
insights
2+ years of experience in SQL, with the ability to filter and
aggregate data
1+ years of experience with Google Sheets or Excel, including
advanced functions
Bonus: 2+ years of experience in the healthcare or insurance
industry
