The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall
management and successful completion of commercial construction
projects. Projects will be valued between $20M - $200M+Client

- Oversee all facets of large-scale commercial construction
projects valued between $20M - $200M+
- Develop and review project plans & schedules to ensure that
projects are completed on time and within budget
- Effectively communicate project details and updates
- Work in collaboration with estimators/preconstruction
- Establish and maintain working relationships with project team,
internal staff, contractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage change order process
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to subordinate Project
Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and
Subcontractors
- Manage/mentor more junior staff membersProfile
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or
related field
- +/- 8-15 years of construction industry experience
- General Contracting background
- Strong tenure at current and previous employers
- Experience overseeing large-scale, complex commercial new
construction projects ranging from $30M - $150M+
- Demonstrated history of client satisfaction and
profitability
- Experience leading and training junior staff members
- OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR certifications
- Working knowledge of: Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam
- Understanding of Primavera and BIM preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsJob Offer
