Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Work from Home Fraud
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to account inquiries and provide scripted responses to
alerts in the fraud detection queues
Assist in completing lost stolen reports and manage compromised
accounts to prevent losses
Build knowledge of fraudulent credit card activity through training
and research
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 6 months of contact center or work from home experience
in the last 12 months
Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
Must be on camera at all times during work hours
Previous experience in fraud, banking, or collections is
preferred
