Job DescriptionOracle SCM Cloud Solution AdvisorNorth American Applications Consulting, Cloud AdvisoryCome join Oracle's North American Consulting organization as we build out our Cloud Advisor+ team as part of our Collaborative Advisory Services to support customer-led or partner-led delivery. Keeping cloud projects on track and implementing with speed and excellence!Role description:Practice ManagementProvide leadership, strategy and vision for NAAC's Cloud Advisory+ advisory services across Commercial and Regulated markets. Assist in driving positive performance in the DC+ offering across revenue, bookings, profitability, headcount, and utilization. Participate in weekly reviews for key practice areas such as practice financials, sales pipeline, project health, project resourcing requirements and consultant utilization performance. Manage accounts for client satisfaction, revenue growth and reference generations.Engagement Management and DeliveryDeliver multiple profitable projects simultaneously across the Cloud Advisory+ SaaS Cloud portfolio using PMO standards and limit margin leakage when compared to the approved margin. Deliver exceptional advisory services for our customers and partners using Oracle's Delivery Confidence standards for high quality, client satisfaction, improving margin and reference generation. Ensure a partner-friendly working environment with open communication, strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Assist with the development of NAAC Advisory services standards, methodology, processes and tools. Standardize advisory delivery and engagement process, procedures, communications, reporting, automation across the DC+ practice. Provide Project Management and/or Solution Architecture oversight for projects using Oracle's standards for high quality, client satisfaction, and improving profitabilitySolution Creation and ManagementProvide functional support, guidance and assist in defining custom or product based solutions for Oracle's customers within the Oracle ERP, EPM, SCM or HCM product suites. Provide leadership from architecture, development and design to Oracle and client teams as needed within the scope of application technologiesSales SupportParticipate in and lead business development efforts tied to growing Oracle NAAC, including product, consulting and staffing. Identify, develop, and close deals on net new accounts with and without involvement from the Oracle sales team. Land and expand in existing accounts by identifying, and closing additional business Contribute to the development of Oracle DC+ Marketing assets such as customer reference database, playbooks, solutions, roadmaps and other practice level marketing items. Assist in developing a strong partnership with Oracle Sales, Oracle Partner Channels, Oracle Customer Success, Oracle Support and Oracle DevelopmentThought and Leadership and InnovationContribute to thought leadership and vision for NAAC's Delivery Confidence+ program development, solution development and architecture. Contribute through direct support, collaboration, leadership and teaming across all NAAC consulting service lines and sales teams including both selling and delivery efforts. Display leadership, support and contribution across NAAC corporate efforts including policy, process and other infrastructure needs.
