corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is
scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025)Pay:
Anticipated base pay for this position is $22.75 - $26.00, will be
based on candidates program year, discipline and
degree/experienceWhat You Will DoThe Technology & Data Summer 2025
Internship Program is a 12-week intensive experience designed to
help college students develop leadership, analytical and
communication skills through practical business experience and
ongoing training & development, coaching and mentorship. This role
will enable the student to have real-life work application of
concepts and theories learned in the classroom. This is a full-time
(40 hours per week) assignment.Key Responsibilities
- Program will span across the following Technology & Data
Organizations:o Cloud Operations & Engineering Technology Serviceso
Data Analytics/Visualizations Technology Serviceso End User
Services Technology Serviceso Enterprise Architecture &
Infrastructure Technology Serviceso Network & Cloud Engineering
Technology Serviceso Software Engineering & Development Technology
ServicesBased on your qualifications and selection, you will be
placed in a role within one of the following groups:
- End User Services: The teams involved with this area typically
work with Software, Device Management, and Enterprise-wide Systems
as they relate to the productivity of our End Users. Interns can
expect projects in this space to have both a business and technical
component to the job where an intern could be expected to
architect/engineer cloud-based solutions as well as document
technical processes and present out on their projects to
leadership.
- Data & Analytics: This team is composed of data engineers and
Tableau developers that design and build data pipelines, manage
datamarts, and automate data ingestion, supporting IT reporting and
analytics using Snowflake and Tableau. An intern can expect to
contribute by improving data pipelines and datamarts, automating
data ingestion, and ideally creating interactive Tableau dashboards
to enhance data and reporting visibility. An intern will also
analyze trends and provide insights from ITSM tickets, end user
experiences, or asset data to support informed decision-making
across the IT service landscape.
- Network & Cloud Engineering: The Kenvue Network and Cloud
Engineering team is at the forefront of implementing
next-generation network technologies, including SD-WAN,
Software-Defined Access (SDA), public cloud solutions, and
automation. The teams involved play a critical role in managing and
rearchitecting various facets of Kenvue's infrastructure, including
the NEXTGEN data center, office environments, and the
implementation of a zero-trust architecture alongside KCloud
initiatives. Interns joining this team will have the unique
opportunity to collaborate with various leaders within the group,
gaining insights into how we support and drive the business
forward. An intern can expect to gain experience and exposure to
cutting-edge technologies and strategic initiatives that shape our
organization's future. Interns within this space can expect to work
on short term automation projects that relate to network
infrastructure, FinOps related automation projects, as well as
Cloud Architecting.
- Software Engineering/Development: The Software Engineering
Organization is responsible for guiding teams and setting standards
and best practices for teams at Kenvue to use when building
applications. An intern can expect to contribute to technical
projects as well as shape our Kenvue Standards as they relate to
providing software templates that enable teams to quickly start
projects.
- Enterprise Architecture: Enterprise Architecture is a practice
that aligns information technology with a company's strategic
direction and vision, aiming to reduce costs, simplify IT systems,
and ensure that technology solutions support business goals
effectively. An intern in this space will work closely with leaders
in this space to evaluate technologies and make decisions for
Kenvue.
- Enterprise Infrastructure: Kenvue IT Platform services provide
foundational technology support for the organization. It enables
business to scale operations efficiently and ensure robust security
and compliance. An intern within this space will work closely with
the platform group that manages and supports various business
applications in Kenvue, including ERP and Cloud applications. The
interns will have an opportunity to work with various leaders in
the group to understand and learn how we help the business.Interns
can expect the following types of projects depending on their role:
- Data Visualization : Build & Manage Dashboards for brands using
data visualization tools
- Intelligent Automation : Architect, Engineer, and Develop
automation processes to enable commercial capabilities to serve
multiple brands
- Enterprise Architecture/Engineering : Work with specialized
groups in the Organization to architect/engineer/develop solutions
for business partners to drive valueAdditionally, interns should
expect to:
- Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a
designated technology area and/or brand
- Work with key stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives
to support the Consumer project/program portfolio
- Build awareness and experience of key capability skills in
support of the overall business strategyQualificationsWhat We Are
Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- You are legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. and
do not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the
future (e.g. H1-B status)
- You are actively enrolled at accredited University pursuing a
Bachelors degree with intended graduation date between December
2025 May 2028
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, during the
duration of the internship is required. The program will be active
from Monday-Friday from end-of-May to mid-August.
- A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA based on a 4.0 scaleDesired
Qualifications
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in one of the following
areas:o Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software
Engineeringo Information Technology (IT), Management Information
Systems (MIS)o Data Science or Analyticso STEM Degrees preferred
- You are a highly motivated individual with demonstrated
analytical, communication and social skills. A keen curiosity for
technology and strong leadership skills are important in our
entrepreneurial, fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience or knowledge in learning with any of the
below:o Platforms: Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, ServiceNowo
Cloud Technologies: Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure/Intune, Microsoft
365o Data Visualization Tools: PowerBI, Tableau, Nexthinko
Networking : TCP/IP Protocols, Azure Cloud Fundamentals, basic
understanding of Networkingo Software Engineering : Docker,
Node.js, Rest API Development, React, Kafka, DevOps Fundamentalso
Coding : C , React, Javascript, CSS, SQL, Node.js, React, AI/MLo
Additional Technical Skills : Python, Ansible, Jinja2, Terraform,
