*Product Manager III - Hybrid 4x on-site Philadelphia, PA - $55/hr*
Our Telecommunications Client is looking for a Product Manager to work hybrid in Philadelphia, PA.
*Top Skills:*
3-5 Years of experience in Product space - specifically supporting Commerce or Billing.
Experience presenting to stakeholder. They will be using PowerPoint daily to present to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience defining and aligning on product strategy
*Description:*
Responsible for identifying and creating product requirements and taking ownership from initial concept through delivery. Will need to understand existing processes and how they will impact the end customers and create new approaches. Works closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams. It is important they will be able to understand customer behavior and needs then translate that into product requirements. Ability to dive dep into technical considerations as needed.
* Works in an agile framework as Product Owner to deliver continuous digital enhancements and industry-leading customer experience.
* Works closely with the engineering team to plan and manage sprint capacity, ensuring efficient delivery.
* Writes detailed user stories to capture product feature requirements, drives refinement/grooming sessions, and manages the backlog.
* Works closely with customer experience and content teams to design product features and ensure they reflect the original vision.
* Works closely with solution design, architects, and development teams to ensure features are well planned, requirements are understood, and deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
* Leads product and/or cross-functional working sessions, as needed.
* Develops detailed product features on an on-going basis, aggressively identifies strategic opportunities for improvement, and develops implementation plans.
* Performs best practice research and benchmarking,
conducts competitive analysis, and develops strong understanding of stakeholders to drive development decisions.
* Partners with analytics and research personnel to assess performance and identify areas of opportunity to meet customer needs and key
performance indicators.
* Communicates feature status and performance metrics to stakeholders on a regular basis.
* Provides product support and develops customer/sales/care tools and training/awareness materials, as needed.
* Provides subject matter expertise to team members, as required.
