Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer for the
night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of customer issues and ensure resolution
Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues
Document knowledge and prepare timely reports
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a customer-focused technical role
Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related
field
Experience with help desk software and remote access tools
Working knowledge of operating systems, databases, and cloud
environments
Experience with scripting languages is a plus
