Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to lead
impactful projects across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive software architecture and systems forward, setting long-term
direction across multiple teams
Mentor and coach engineering teams while raising the quality of
software development practices
Execute large-scale projects, leading design, planning, and
execution to achieve technical and product outcomes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of programming experience with mastery in software
development across various languages
Advanced expertise in designing and operating large-scale
fault-tolerant distributed systems
Experience with continuous delivery principles and techniques for
automated production releases
Experience building systems with public cloud infrastructure,
preferably AWS
Strong judgment and experience in making critical decisions in a
balanced and pragmatic manner
