Job Description:

Description/Key Responsibilities:

Extensive experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery.

Experience with CSS.

Experience with Bootstrap, plus (optional) AngularJS or Backbone.

Design and develop application code using Java/JEE, XML, SOAP, REST, Spring Framework, and Hibernate Framework

Design and develop JUnit test code

Write/set up Ant and /or Maven to build, package, and deploy application code to the target JEE Application Server

Configure application resources in WebLogic application Server such as Data Sources and Messaging resources

Utilize a working knowledge of J2EE/Java, JMS, JPA and Spring, and Hibernate to troubleshoot technical issues (error messages, bugs with the software, availability)

Participate in a Scrum/Agile team, attend stand-ups and estimate complexity for stories and tasks assigned

Enforce code quality through test driven development

Proactively seek opportunities to implement improvements to internal team processes

Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organizations Agile project life cycle

Desired Experience and Skills:

Ui/Ux experience transforming user requirements into Web Applications, using HTML, JavaScript, and libraries such as jQuery.

Style the UI with CSS and Bootstrap. Create wireframes based on user feedback.

Debugging UI with tools such as FireBug.

Analyzing, designing and implementing integration solutions using J2EE or related technologies and a Bachelor's degree in related field or (8) years total experience

Designing and developing using Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, other common third party libraries(Apache), and Web Services (REST)

Developing message-oriented integration solutions with Java/JEE

Writing JUnit tests

Utilizing Maven and/or Ant build tools

Experience in database development using DB2, Oracle or SQL Server database technologies

Working with Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, and User Acceptance Testing

Configuring and troubleshooting application in Oracle Weblogic Application servers

Understanding of and exposure to SDLC and Agile/Scrum

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field
