Job Description:

Modis has a contract to hire Business Analyst job in McLean, VA. This business analyst position is in marketing group and will be supporting customer data management and analysis needs, such as implementing the Oracle Eloqua system, Managing customer onboarding processes, and customer feedback surveys.
 
Responsibilities
• Assisting with the analysis and conversion of customer lists, segments and data in to the Eloqua system as well as the design of the system implementation for the Multifamily business.
• Manage the checklists and processes for adding customers and customer branches, ensuring areas across the business complete their tasks
• Support marketing functions with general data analysis, regular reporting on product and customer performance, dashboard creation and publishing.
• Manage and develop the team SharePoint sites
• Capture notes from customer feedback calls and publish call results in team SharePoint
 
Requirements
• 5-7 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong data management and analysis experience, including the ability to analyze, manipulate, and manage large sets of customer data
• Experience with Oracle Eloqua necessary
• Experience with Access SharePoint highly desirable
• Experience with Access and Cvent desirable but not required
• Self starter with some Project management experience, with an emphasis on clear communication, managing expectations, teamwork and managing complex projects within timelines and on budget
• Strong presentation skills, including PowerPoint proficiency and the ability to describe complex concepts and analysis simply for consumption by customer and executive audiences
 
Preferred Skills
• Innate curiosity about customer data and the desire to independently initiate analyses, improve data management, and streamline processes
• Ability to work across the organization or in a matrixed environment to drive improvements in marketing technology
• Multifamily industry experience
• Experience preparing reports and presentations for executive consumption
