Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Provide information security strategy, including program management, planning, architecture, assessment, risk management, and mitigation

Perform enterprise information security assessments based on FISMA and OMBA-130

Develop custom ITIL (ITSM) aligned IT and business processes,including change management, incident management, patch management, etc.

Develop impact assessment models and threat profiles to use as part of risk assessment and risk management

Develop an assessment framework with reusable tools

Provide liaison function for senior management and business leaders to address business implications of IT and information security strategy choices

Qualifications:

Must have 5+ years successful experience in the IT Security domain

Experience on software development projects with progressive leadership roles is a plus

Experience in the complete software development life cycle from project inception through operational support, preferably in an iterative development environment

Bachelor's degree required - computer-related field preferred

Experience with databases, SQL, and Web-based applications is preferred

Experience with MS Office tools

Detail-oriented, goal driven, and self-managing personality

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are a must

Experience with CMMI and the Federal Government environment also helpful

Applicants MUST be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a government clearance

Information security experience includes:

Security architecture,

Security integration with ITSM & SDLC, Policy & standards, Security infrastructure, Security metrics,

Regulatory impact of: regulatory requirement, ITIL in system design, implementation, and operation
