Job Description:

Position: Sr. Business Analyst

Description: This position will work at a strategic level with all levels of business and technical subject matter experts in the elicitation, modeling, documentation, management and testing of business and systems requirements in the development of an ERP solution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Elicit and document business requirements using standard Company toolset (Word, Visio, Balsamiq, CaseComplete)

Collaborate with IT technical project team to translate business requirements into system requirements.

Work with users and developers by facilitating JAD sessions between stakeholders.

Work with business stakeholders (e.g., HR, Finance, Line of Business) to resolve questions and issues for assigned projects

Prepare test scenarios/scripts to test each assigned software application, demonstrate the business condition under test, and document the expected results, using standard Company toolset (Excel, CaseComplete)

Identify and populate test data for assigned applications

Execute system testing for the assigned applications

Coordinate with business users regarding System and User Acceptance testing. Some business users may be external to Company.

Ensure that high quality and accuracy are maintained throughout the process.

? Provide feedback to the development teams and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements.

Develop/manage traceability matrix between requirements and test scenarios

Perform and document IT Controls Testing (user access, workflow, approvals, integration)

? Support usability testing

? Assist with development of data dictionary for key business data

Skills / Attributes Required

? Bachelor?s Degree or higher in Technology or related field

? Minimum of 2 full SDLC projects implementing a COTS-based solution as a business analyst

? Minimum of 5 years of business systems requirements experience

? Microsoft Office 2010: Visio, Word, Excel

? Thorough knowledge of requirements elicitation, structured test methods and processes.

? Experience testing COTS products; Infor or other ERP preferred

? Proven experience testing complex web-based user interfaces

? A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work

? Experience testing standards-compliant accessible websites

? Strong oral and written communication skills along with ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

? Strong attention to detail.

? Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines

? Able to promptly answer support-related email, phone calls and other electronic communications

? Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized

? Location: Onsite in Vienna, Virginia

? No travel required

Skills / Attributes Preferred (In order of preference)

? Experience with Infor SyteLine or other ERP

? Experience with Sage ABRA or other HR system

? Experience with Sage MAS or other Finance & Accounting system

? Experience with SharePoint

? Knowledge of Accessibility: WCAG 2.0 preferred
