Job Description:
Company located in Rockville, MD is looking for Call Center
Representatives. Would be responsible for answering inbound calls
from clients and customers, using multiple resources to resolve
inquiries while on the phone. Position requires a high degree of
public and professional contact. Utilizes expert problem solving
and customer service skills to respond to and resolve inquiries and
problems. Ability to quickly access the needs of the caller and
adapt self to address those needs, maintaining a courteous manner
at all times. Processes adjustments to accounts when applicable.
Customer Service Focus ? Demonstrate a focus on listening to and
understanding client/customer needs and then delighting the
client/customer by exceeding service and quality expectations.
