Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Functional
Consultant to support the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 Finance
for our client. As a vital part of the implementation team, you
will help develop strong business cases while demonstrating how
clients can realize substantial value by deploying the Microsoft
Dynamics Solution. You will be responsible for leading the
functional aspects of Microsoft Dynamics implementation and
interface development, ensuring the successful design,
configuration, and implementation of the solution that aligns with
business objectives. This role requires a combination of federal
financial accounting knowledge, technical expertise, business
acumen, and leadership skills to drive the implementation strategy
and deliver value to the organization. What you will be doing
- Developing and designing MS Dynamics solutions tailored to
client needs, focusing on financial modules such as General Ledger
(GL) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Leading the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 Finance modules,
including configuration, customization, and integration with other
systems
- Working with solution architects to design and develop
integrations with Dynamics 365 Finance
- Working directly with clients to gather requirements, provide
technical guidance, and ensure successful project execution
- Managing system maintenance, troubleshooting, performance
tuning, and version upgrades
- Providing training and support to end-users, ensuring efficient
system usage
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including
system design, configurations, and user manuals
- Articulating ideas and thoughts in a clear, structured, and
compelling way to stakeholders
- Ensuring adherence to industry regulations, security protocols,
and best practices What you need to be considered for this role
(required)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field
- 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O functional consulting
experience
- Extensive experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts
Receivable (AR), Posting Profiles, and Fund accounting for Federal
Government
- Experience consulting with external clients on complex
projects, including in leadership roles
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex
information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both
verbally and in written form
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and business solution
implementations
- Strong knowledge of issue diagnosing and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A drive to excel professionally, and to guide and inspire
others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- US Citizenship required (dual citizens are ineligible) What

Associate or other similar certifications
- Experience working with Dynamics Finance in US Government
Community Cloud (GCC)
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting
principles
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, and other Microsoft
