Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Operations Specialist to
enable and upgrade terminals at merchant locations and troubleshoot
issues.
Key Responsibilities
Enable and upgrade terminals at merchant locations
Troubleshoot terminal issues at a tier 2 level and escalate
critical customer issues
Document new troubleshooting processes and collaborate with peers
for process improvement
Required Qualifications
Preference for candidates with Spanish/English or English/French
communication skills
Excellent project coordination skills
Strong Account Management and Client Relationship skills
Ability to learn and apply complex technical information
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and
Word
