Job Description:
Penske seeks a Financial Systems Administrator to provide expert
support for enterprise-level financial systems, primarily
OneStream, and collaborate with finance and IT teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administer, secure, and maintain enterprise-level financial
systems, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
- Develop and design reporting through OneStream Excel add-in,
cube views, and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve financial system issues under tight
deadlines, partnering with vendors and IT.
- Provide critical support for business needs surrounding the
monthly close process, planning, and forecasting.
- Develop and drive enhancements for productivity, efficiency,
and quality of financial data.
- Maintain strong internal controls and process documentation,
ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Collaborate on financial systems projects and implementations,
expanding financial system functionality.
- Assist with systems-related assessments, cost-benefit analyses,
and defining business requirements.
- Establish rapport and build cooperative working relationships
with internal and external parties.
- Lead communication of system changes, enhancements, and
upgrades with leadership and end-users.
- Provide customer support across the corporate and field finance
organization, including training for end-users.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience demonstrating knowledge
of finance and information systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Information Systems,
with strong accounting/finance or IT skills.
- Advanced financial system administration experience, with
OneStream experience required.
- Knowledge of scripting language (VB.NET) and SQL, as well as
infrastructure and operating systems.
- Experience with system upgrades and implementations, and
accounting knowledge, including financial consolidation and close
processes.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical,
communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong team player and self-driven individual, with proficiency
in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
