The Customer Service Representative makes an impact by-
* Monitor inventory and generate orders for all assigned DSD
accounts.
* Handle both incoming and outgoing phone calls for DSD customers
regarding all aspects of orders (amounts, delivery dates, issues,
etc.).
* Promote new and existing products to all customers to generate
inside sales opportunities.
* Perform data entry on multiple systems as required for all
customers.
* Forward all finished paperwork and order information to the
proper areas to ensure proper delivery.
* Handle all customer complaints or, if unable to do so, forward to
the proper management personnel.
* Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing
improvement of the Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Food Safety &
Quality.
* Performs all duties within the established Good Manufacturing
Practices (GMP) regulations.
* Perform all duties in compliance with all corporate and
regulatory quality, GLP, and safety regulations.
* Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice
(GMP) and FSMA guidelines as well as all safety regulations.
* Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing
improvement of the Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Food Safety and
Quality.
* Demonstrates the ability to engage work in department and
cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements
that provide value to the customer.
* Be accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality
Principles.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.

* Minimum of three (3) years in a customer service, call center, or
related industry
* Previous experience in a higher-level service position or
documented increases in scope and responsibility in previous roles
preferred
* Strong communication skills (written and oral)
* Strong analytic and computer skills
Physical Demands-
The physical demands described here are representative of those
that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of
the job.
* The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an office setting
(noise level is low) and manufacturing setting where noise levels
can be high (PPE required).
* The employee is frequently required to stand and walk in an
office or manufacturing environment from 4-8+ hours.
* The employee must be able to ascend and descend stairs, and where
applicable and when necessary, to perform various job-related
tasks
* Must be able to position self to move, reach with arms/hands,
stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform various
job-related tasks
* The employee must be able to inspect all job-related equipment
(office or floor) to ensure it is in good working condition prior
to use. Must be able to use hands/fingers to handle (or feel) to
operate various types of office equipment.
* Must be able to operate all job-related equipment (powered, hand
or office) as required
* Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral
vision, and depth perception and adjust focus
* Ability to lift 20 pounds and/or push/pull 20 pounds on a regular
or occasional basis
