Job Description:
A company is looking for a Physician Clinical Reviewer in
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Physician match reviewer for PM&R cases and
imaging requests
Discuss determinations with requesting physicians and provide
clinical rationale for appeals
Ensure documentation of all communications with medical office
staff is timely and accurate
Required Qualifications
MD/DO/MBBS with active Board Certification in Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation
Minimum of five years of experience in the practice of Medicine,
with active clinical practice within the last two years
preferred
Current, unrestricted clinical license in medicine or required
specialty
Not under current exclusion or sanction by any state or federal
health care program
No history of major disciplinary or legal action by a state medical
board
