Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Review physician reports for accuracy and completeness, ensuring
they meet client standards
Communicate with clients and physicians to clarify report questions
and ensure timely delivery
Participate in process improvements to enhance turnaround times and
client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting
preferred
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is required for
remote work
