The NPPDS is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and activities for nursing staff using nursing, adult learning and other theories as appropriate. • Candidates must have a strong clinical background; five years of critical care nursing experience is required; must have leadership skills.
• Master's degree from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Maryland
• Active BLS CPR certification
