Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel - Healthcare to support
home health care operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic advice on operational and regulatory matters
related to home health care
Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and other stakeholders on policy
matters and audits
Assist with mergers and acquisitions related to home health
projects as needed
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate with licensing in at least one state
Minimum of 3 years of experience in health law at a law firm or
in-house healthcare organization
Experience counseling healthcare providers on healthcare law topics
such as fraud, waste, and abuse
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and within a team in a complex
organization
