Physical Therapist Opportunity at BAYADA Home Health Care

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to adult and geriatric clients in Ashburn, VA.

About this opportunity:
- Perform home visits to clients in designated territories
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises and interventions
- Continuously assess and revise the care plan, participating with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan as needed
- Educate and instruct clients and family members in rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living

Responsibilities include:
- Performing diagnostic tests and measurements
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Educating clients and family members
- Documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations

Qualifications include:
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
