Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified CVICU RN in Washington, Washington DC, 20010 About The
Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: CVICU
(Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift:
Day 3x12-Hour (06:30 - 19:00); Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 06:30)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: - Minimum 2 years
of experience in telemetry, vents, and high acuity units - 1 prior
travel assignment completed License: DC RN Licensure required;
pending DC license accepted but must have license prior to the
start date Certifications: - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS
(Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Must-Have: - Pulmonary
Artery Line experience preferred - Level 1 trauma and
post-operative experience preferred Job Description: - Work
primarily day shifts with potential night shifts for up to two
weeks of the six-week schedule - No on-call requirements; weekend
and holiday coverage expected - Required to float within units of
equivalent or lower level of acuity - Opportunity to work in a
top-rated heart and vascular facility - Potential contact with
COVID-19 patients - Complete modules as part of orientation, with
up to 12 hours of module education - Participate in a total of 28
hours of orientation, with some hours being non-billable - Expected
to complete all required training and educational modules pre-start
