bladder drug discovery team to develop cutting-edge biologics and
small molecules for the treatment of cancer. S/he will work in an
exciting/stimulating environment across the different stages of
preclinical drug discovery and development on projects that include
the design, execution and interpretation of studies for the
validation and characterization of therapeutic agents and new
targets. The candidate will lead science from the bench and will
demonstrate engagement, innovation, independence, with solid
communication and presentation skills, critical thinking and strong
interpersonal qualities. One who employs attention to detail while
aligned with the big picture. Highly motivated and dedicated
individual with an excellent scientific track record will be
organized, work well in a team setting, show leadership and be
sensitive to timelines. Experience in solid tumor drug discovery is
preferred. Troubleshooting skills are crucial. S/he will
efficiently collaborate with colleagues in the oncology as well as
in the chemistry and antibody development groups, and present
scientific results to multidisciplinary teams.Key
