experience managing large eDiscovery programs across the Electronic
Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and are looking to enhance and
manage multiple high visibility projects for the Department of
Justice (DOJ) then this position is for you! CACI is looking for an
eDiscovery Contract-wide Director who will be responsible for a
large workforce that includes over 500+ employees across the United
States. The team supports 7 different components at DOJ with
projects varying in size and complexity that can go through all or
some of the phases of the EDRM spectrum, from investigation,
intake/acquisition of documents and data (discovery), through trial
support. In this position, you will also work closely with the
litigating components of the Department of Justice, including
high-level government customers, Contracting Officers, Contracting
Officer Representatives and DOJ Case Managers. You will oversee
technical teams to discuss project requirements, schedules,
budgets, and all litigation support activities for each project.

located in the DC/MD/VA metro region and have the ability to
commute to our Reston HQ as well as other local sites as
needed.**Responsibilities:
- You will provide oversight for all efforts under the MEGA
contract that includes interaction with respective litigating
component Division Directors, multiple Project Managers, vendors
and client stakeholders across the Department of Justice.
- You will supervise several teams of Project Managers and
supervisors responsible for multiple cases.
- You will report directly to the Vice President of the Federal
Civilian Enterprise IT Division and will be relied upon for project
execution and input to strategy and growth of the
organization.
- You will direct and coordinate all resources for the client,
including subordinate staff and other staff resources, technical
resources, and subcontractor/vendor support.
- You will consult with the DOJ CO, CORs and Case Managers
concerning overall operations, funding, scheduling, work
assignments, staffing, progress reporting, security, etc.
- You will be responsible for overall quality assurance and
timeliness of delivery for all work performed.
- You will take the lead role in responding to task order RFPs
for all divisions and drive the proposal efforts to
completion.
- You will coordinate closely with the Accounting department to
prepare monthly invoices and review invoices for accuracy and
completeness.Qualifications:Required:
- Minimum twelve (12) years of progressively more responsible
experience in major E-Discovery/litigation support projects,
including at least five (5) years Project Manager experience or
equivalent.
- Increasingly responsible management positions with government
contracts, or comparable experience.
- Broad and deep knowledge of litigation support, business
administration, human resource management, information management
and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Demonstrated experience working in eDiscovery document review
platforms such as Relativity, Clearwell, iCONECT, Casepoint,
Everlaw, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and
time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with attorneys on complex
support activities.
- Expert knowledge of litigation support; outstanding writing,
oral communication, and management skills.
- Strong technical background as demonstrated through user level
knowledge of eDiscovery tools and data management.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the Government's and
Contractor's IT environment.
- Must be able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop
and execute detailed plans for addressing needs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word,
PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of the Government's data processing environment.
- Undergraduate degree.
- An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management
Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP)
Certification, or equivalent at the time of proposal
submission.
- Manage P&L for program with annual revenue of over $50
Million.
- Professional, can-do attitude.Desired:
- Certification(s) in Relativity, ACEDS, and other eDiscovery
related technical certifications.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI and
Tableau.
- Law degree, advanced technical certification, or other

final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location,
Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage
