As Director of Finance, you will be responsible for leading organizational and financial planning and reporting, accounting practices, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and internal control requirements for our Gaming subsidiary and providing analytical support for new business proposals.   • Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, capital planning, cash forecasting, and fiscal soundness
  • Direct the reporting of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow based on past, present, and future operations
  • Lead the implementation of financial projects and system changes at the subsidiary, ensuring effective execution and integration
  • Develop and measure key performance metrics, analyze business trends and financial results, and offer suggestions for efficiencies across the property as a member of the executive team
  • Guide the audit and compliance team, overseeing all compliance and reporting requirements, reviewing audit findings, and assisting in the development and enforcement of action plans
    • Position is located in Linwood, NJ but could be remote if the candidate lives more than 50 miles from the office in NJ.More about you
      • Bachelor's degree in business accounting, business administration, or a related field
      • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a financial management role such as accounting manager, controller, or finance director
      • Gaming experience preferred
      • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required
      • Experience using PeopleSoft Financials required
      • Experience with compliance requirements
