Job Title: Change Manager

Location: Remote (EST/CST only)

Job Type: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:

Certified Change Manager - ACMP certification, or Prosci Certified,

Knowledge of ADKAR change management theory

Person should know how to execute change management.

Cultural, Behavioral, process change

Knowledge of tools, expertise, and support needed to lead successful organizational change

CMO Manager, create dashboard

Work with internal teams and stakeholders to put the process in place

Utility experience would be a big plus
Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
