The Senior US Benefit Manager reports to the Manager,
Benefits.Position Overview:As the US Benefit Manager, you will be
responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our employee
insurance program across the United States. This individual
contributor role is vital in collaborating with various internal
stakeholders and external consultants to ensure our insurance
program is innovative, compliant, and aligned with our goals and
values. You will also serve as a key resource for internal
inquiries and work to enhance the overall employee experience
through effective benefits administration.A day in the life:
- Oversee the daily administration of employee benefits programs,
including health insurance and our internal giving program, the We
Stand Together Fund.
- Ensure all benefits programs are compliant with federal, state,
and local regulations. Stay updated on changes in benefits laws and
regulations to maintain compliance.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing benefits
programs. Research and benchmark benefits offerings to ensure
competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors and service
providers. Negotiate contracts and service agreements to optimize
service and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications regarding
benefits programs, policies, and changes to employees.
- Prepare and present reports on benefits program utilization,
costs, and trends. Analyze data to drive decision-making and
improvements.
- Lead special projects related to benefits initiatives,
including open enrollment and any net new program offerings.
- Coordinate tasks effectively within the team to ensure
day-to-day commitments and project deadlines are met, while
contributing directly to hands-on work alongside colleagues.
- Support with tasks across the Health & Benefits team as
required.
- Support with ad hoc assignments as required.Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education, ideally in HR, or equivalent
experience.
- 10+ years of experience in benefits, with a strong
understanding of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance.
- Proven experience in managing benefits programs and vendor
relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the
ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in
a fast-paced environment.Must haves:

Benefits Package:lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in
a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional
individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this
position is from $103,500-$135,900 USD annually; the base pay
offered is based on market location and may vary depending on
job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As
part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this
position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program,
