Job Description:

A growing company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The role involves overseeing contract management processes, ensuring compliance, and handling negotiations. Applicants must be U.S. citizens to be considered for the position.Required:

• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Experience in submitting SBIR, ITAR, BAA, and OTA proposals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail as a priority.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in a small team environment.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Clearable for Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Contracts, Law, or a related field.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in US Government Department of Defense contract administration and management with a working knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Experience with contract management databases.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
